CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, you have a hour to request cancellation before purchase gets processed. We work 24- 7 processing orders. So, Once we have sent out your order is processing email or shipping confirmation, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?
Many of our Unique Items are Made as ordered, Customized and or coming from California, Connecticut, Europe & Over Sea's. If you do not receive your order in 30 business days please don't hesitate to contact us. Tracking Numbers Get Emailed to you Automatically Once order Ships out. You may sign up for Text alerts instead at check out if you prefer. Most orders arrive in 10-18 business days of the shipping date Not the day ordered for it takes 3-5 business days to process order first, however, it can take up to 20-40 days for orders to arrive (depending on location & If Items are customized).
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes & No Yes if its OUR ERROR!! MOST of our items are made to order and or Custom Items. Many are even Personalized so those items cant NOT be returned Unless error on OUR Behalf. However, please note items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Items must also be unused in order to qualify for a refund or Store credits. In order to return your item simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Application). before shipping back. DO NOT SHIP BACK TO FACTORY for i will not receive it or be able to track it or refund you!!
I only received one item, where is the rest of my order?
There is nothing to worry about, the rest of your order is on the way! We ship some items individually so that even if some items aren’t available it won’t hold up the entire order and you will receive every item as fast as possible. Also we use a few different warehouses and factories. So One Item May be shipped from one factory before the other and other item will ship out a few days later.
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, HOW CAN I GET THIS FIXED?

I DON’T WANT MY ORDER, HOW DO I CANCEL IT?
Just like if you were to enter the wrong address for your order please send an email ASAP to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can cancel your order for you as long as it has not processed yet or been shipped. Please make the subject of the email [CANCELLATION] so that we can spot the inquiry and prioritize it for there is only a hour to have a chance to cancel for we do process our store orders in a timely fashion.
WILL CHRISTMAS AFFECT SHIPPING TIMES?
Due to the high amount of shipments that are sent and delivered in this season, orders can be expected to arrive up to 10-15 business days later than expected. This means that all orders made in November and December can take up to 31 business days to arrive. So to assure prompt arrival time order sooner then later for the HOLIDAY Season.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEM?
- All orders are subject to a handling period of 3-5 days before they are dispatched.
- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2 to 4 days of payment.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped out from our facility along with tracking number once shipped. Many of our Malls items are made as ordered & some come from Europe so Shipping time varies.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has left the warehouse (usually 3 to 5 days after your payment is made) a tracking number will automatically be emailed to you.
