HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?

Most orders arrive 7-18 business days of the shipping date Not the day ordered or it take 3-5 business days to process order first, however, it can take up to 25 days for orders to arrive (depending on location).Many of our Unique Items are Made as ordered and or coming from Europe. If you do not receive your order in 30 business days please don't hesitate to contact us. 

 CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until 
the time that your order has shipped. Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes some items but please note items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Items must also be in perfect condition and unused in order to qualify for a refund however mostly Store credits are given,. In order to return your item simply contact us at support@taniasonlinecloset.com  requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Application). before shipping back.

I only received one item, where is the rest of my order?

There is nothing to worry about, the rest of your order is on the way! We ship some items individually so that even if some items aren’t available it won’t hold up the entire order and you will receive every item as fast as possible.


I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, HOW CAN I GET THIS FIXED?

Send us an email to support@taniasonlinecloset.com  ASAP so we can correct this before your order ships out. Please include [WRONG ADDRESS] in the subject line so we notice your high priority issue. Additionally please scroll down for how to contact us on demand.


I DON’T WANT MY ORDER, HOW DO I CANCEL IT?

Just like if you were to enter the wrong address for your order please send an email ASAP to support@taniasonlinecloset.com  so we can cancel your order for you as long as it has not processed yet or been shipped. Please make the subject of the email [CANCELLATION] so that we can spot the inquiry and prioritize it.   


WILL CHRISTMAS AFFECT SHIPPING TIMES?

Due to the high amount of shipments that are sent and delivered in this season, orders can be expected to arrive up to 10 business days later than expected. This means that all orders made in November and December can take up to 31 business days to arrive. This also has an effect on our refund policy, if orders do not arrive within 45 business days since the shipping date then please enquire for a refund or mall credit.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEM?

- All orders are subject to a handling period of 3-5 days before they are dispatched.
- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2 to 3 days of payment.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped out from our facility along with tracking number once shipped. Many of our Malls items are made as ordered & some come from Europe so Shipping time varies.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has left the warehouse (usually 3 to 5 days after your payment is made) a tracking number will automatically be emailed to you.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all credit cards, debit cards as well as Paypal and Venmo.

IS YOUR SITE SAFE?
Of course! We use Shopify as our platform and all Shopify stores include a highly-secure 128 bit SSL certificate. On top of that, Shopify's hosting and software is Level 1 PCI compliant which is as safe and secure as it gets. I also Have a Fraud protection attached to my store for further protection.
